Russia is quite censorious. Just because they shut down racial nationalists doesn't mean they shut them down for being that, or that they hate white people. These were enemies of the regime, of course they'd be shut down.
That's like saying if a communist group tried to take down a US president and was named a terrorist organization that our government hates communists.
