Just say pain is 10 out of 10 if you need something. no1curr that you're lying. How much opiates you do is up to you. For me it is 0 outside of the hospital (I don't even like getting them, but that's what anesthesia is so if you need surgery...) I've never felt the absolute need, and I don't want to get mixed up with the side effects of opiates.
