Are the food banks stocking ethnic ingredients?
I guess some things would be universal, like rice and vegetables.
I would assume only the most Westernized brown people are going to be willing to use things like pasta.
A brown guy working a checkout last fall had to ask me what an Acorn squash was because he couldn't identify it to punch it in manually.
