Working in tech I've seen them use "the narrative" to socially beat up lower end white guys.

Once it's accomplished that they forget about the whole "helping black people" thing and having destroyed those guys they replace them with white women and immigrants...NOT black people from the US.

In the narrative they say "we're helping black people" but then once they get done beating up white guys they forget all about the actual hiring of black people. It seems like it's actual purpose now is not fighting racism but stoking it.

Reason: Original

White people's income is average for the US.
50% of people make more than the median white person 50% make less.

Black people make less, I think they're at 30% or so?

The thing is, democrats have been running the same race-based campaign since 1960.
What's changed? Nothing.

In my personal experience in tech I haven't seen a black american hired in like 8 years.

People like Thomas Sowell have said that a lot of the policies democrats push often "sound" like they'll help black people but when you look at their affects they make things worse. There was a whole bunch of scandals about how this worked out in the 70's.

What I'm getting at - I'm personally for the concept of bringing black peoples median income to be average for the country, but it seems to have failed once we get past the 50's or something.

What do I see actually happening?

1. They use the narrative to start bullying the white guys who are in the middle and the bottom
2. Get rid of the non-affulent white guys and replace them with -

  • white women
  • a homogenous group of immigrants
  • a mixed group of immigrants
  • sometimes someone will catch on and demand a black person and they'll hire a black immigrant from a posh suburb in africa (this one I personally saw)
  • specifically, NOT black americans

In tech we end up with 2 distributions:

  • a white person at the top and the immigrants with dark skin at the bottom...same distribution as a slave plantation
  • indians take over the whole thing, indians at the top, indians at the bottom, etc

You have the understand the problem - these guys have a home country they could get a job in.
They're here because they want to make more money.
But I have don't have another country to go back to.
I cannot move to their country - you can't buy land in India unless you're an indian.

So I'm just being screwed...and like I mentioned before, I'm being screwed by politicians and hr pushing "the narrative", not black people. Black people don't seem to be benefitting. Well, I should say - black americans - with a history of slavery. Did you know Obama's father is from Kenya and his mother is a well off white american? Point being there's absolutely no history of slavery in his parents whatsoever.

So it's just racism based on skin color.
And...racism that does not seem to be doing anything to help the black americans that it claims to be helping. It's racism with no benefit to actual disadvantaged groups.
