It could be a constitutional crisis with John Roberts refusing to swear him in, but constitutionally you only have to be 35 and a citizen and live in the country for 14 years.
edit: there is the 14th Amendment that says nobody "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" can be President. This is why they were desperate to call Jan 6 an insurrection and tie Trump to it even though it wasn't an insurrection and encouraging people to "peacefully and patriotically" protest isn't engaging in rebellion.
