Why do you think the top comment is noticer shit.
They can't bot down someone else's post, so they just occupy it. Also, notice that the top reply to the noticer crap is a long string of irrelevant links to make it more effort to scroll down.
They do that a lot on TD when something goes against their narrative. The idea is to feign consensus by burying all other comments.
