After getting naked and receiving sexual services for around five to 10 minutes, Mr Valencia became “suspicious” about Ms McRae’s gender, he told the court during his trial.

LOLOLOL what the fuck?

Valencia pressed the cord against Ms McRae’s neck, telling the court he “probably” watched her die. He forcefully held it there for “a few seconds” until she stopped resisting, Valencia told the court. Justice Yehia said she was satisfied by the forensic evidence that Ms McRae died due to asphyxiation caused by “neck compression”.

Justice Dina Yehia said that the Crown prosecution had not proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Valencia intended to either kill or cause serious harm to Ms McRae.

LOL he strangled "her" to death. That's super obvious. For the judge to say he didn't intend serious harm is basically nullification.

As well, she said that a person can be rendered unconscious in just seconds.

You can't kill someone with strangulation in seconds, it takes minutes of sustained pressure.
