For very good reasons, because you know you would not do well.
More like sometimes when two brick walls are smashing into each other, the best course of action is to not even start.
Great. Show me one reference to a state named Ukraine in the Middle Ages.
Today I learned the Keivan Rus and the Principality of Kiev arent real. But then, I bet you think they belonged to Russia, even though modern Russia is descended from Novgorod. Hell, if anyone has the right to "take back" Ukraine, it's the Poles (since they conquered it as the Commonwealth).
Not a single word out of you about 9/11, or any other terrorism targeting Americans in the future. You have forfeited that right.
And I dont want any more words from smug Europeans when we handle things the American way. But then I have constantly seen you complaining about the American way, so I guess not much would change in that regard.
LOL! So your 'victory scenario' is the exact compromise Bennett brokered and that Ukraine's masters rejected, except one year of extra destruction for Ukraine?
Oh no no, you misunderstand. That is just the concession of "If there is well and truly no way forward and both sides settle for peace." I think Ukraine should push until they have it all back, including Crimea. And at least from what I have seen, Ukraine is also willing to push that. Tic-Tock, the tanks are arriving. And all Russia has to show for it is their latest ICBM failing to launch. It's the end of the 24th Vladdy boi. Where is my world-changing shock?
EDIT: It completely slipped by me on the first read. Of fucking course it was the Polish tanks that showed up first. The only thing that would be less of a shock is if there were some suspiciously Polish-looking "Ukrainians" operating those tanks. With a sadistic smile on their face of course.
You sound like you've never had a second of hardship in your life.
And I have found that those who think they know other's lives are usually the ones who have been pampered. Because those who have lived hard lives dont feel the need to foist it on others.
If you truly must know: I was relentlessly bullied to physical illness during my elementary school years (the illness coming from a powerful "mind over matter" response as I was told the only way to not go to school was "if you are sick"). After this, I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, which involved speech therapy and having to be retaught things like sarcasm, jokes, and "being less serious" in general. And as for today, I work blue collar in manufacturing, since it turns out that having a mind that hyper-focuses on details is useful for that line of work. Nothing as bad there, but I do still come home with cuts and bruises most days because metal is sharp.
But I guess I have just never had any hardship. Its not out of both a morbid curiosity with warfare (since especially Industrial-era war became my autistic obsession), and a fact that I just want to see Russians pay for the bullshit they have been pulling for years. My only regret is that it is the mobniks suffering instead of Putin and his flunkies.
