It takes a certain lack of empathy to exploit people to begin with, and even if they don't start with the hate, it builds over time as they see how pathetic the losers giving them money are. Disgusting pigs who would gladly pay to be stomped on or shat on. There's also a sense of exploitation from the guys, as they are paying you to dance and only see you as an object of desire. They don't see you as human, you don't see them as human. "Men deserve to be treated this way" is an easy rationalization to arrive at.
