She should've publically stated that coming after someone's job for casual remarks made almost a decade ago when they were a teenager, that were not noteworthy in the social climate of the time, was pathetic, and would only be engaged in by pathetic people. Then she could sit back and wait for her employers to admit to being pathetic people by firing her.
Prior to the global pandemic of Trump Derangement Syndrome (not Covid, but equally manufactured), calling white people 'nigga' in relatively casual settings was common. I personally considered this a good thing, because it meant that the word was losing its meaning, but the left decided they couldn't allow that to happen and went all out on normalizing the idea that any variation of the word is just beyond the pale in any and all contexts, and told black people that hearing it from a non-white is an automatic green light to fly into a psychotic violent rage.
