The one that now dresses up as a "Four Star Admiral", complete with a female uniform? Yeah. That's totally an 80 fucking year old guy's agenda... "Hello. Yeah, is this HR department? Well, this is Joe, and I was thinking, now that I'm finally in charge, first thing I want to get done is to make sure we have some d00d who dresses up as a woman in charge of health services.
