So why isn't a woman lying about birth control to get her 18 year payoff considered rape?

I wasn't replying to myself, I was reiterating my original point because it clearly went over your head.

Would you agree that nobody would voluntarily have a child if they didn't want one? So why isn't every "deadbeat father"'s partner charged with rape and locked up? Make an example of a few and I guarantee they wouldn't pull that trick for much longer.

It seems blindingly obvious to me that nobody chooses to have a child then abandons it. The logical answer is that they were tricked into it, which, when it happens to a woman, is considered rape.
