Finnish government has warned about electricity blackouts due to lack of electricity in next winter and they have also recommended people to get cash and food supplies enough for several days that could be eaten without heating. It's clear Finland has to ration electricity in winter because Russia has turned off Finland's gas taps because of unpaid bills.
