Oh goody! Retarded amounts of money that no human can fathom! Now's the chance to use my not-yet-patented Die Hard 3 based units of measurements!
These units of measurement are based on bars of gold, and the carrying capacity of dump trucks... specifically convoys of 14 great big dump trucks.
Here are the units:
- Jesus = a single gold bar the size that Jesus used in the movie, it's about 400 oz of gold.
- Jerry = a single dump truck filled to it's carrying capacity of 60,000 lbs of Jesus. (60,000 lbs)
- McClane = a single dump truck filled to the top of it's actual bed with Jesus (390,000 lbs)
- Arthur = 14 Jerrys (a convoy of dump trucks filled to their carrying capacity with gold)
- Simon = 14 McClanes (a convoy of dump trucks filled to their brim with gold)
A single Arthur (Chester A. Arthur) would be 14 "great big dump trucks" hauling their carrying capacity in gold bullion, which is realistically possible. Whereas, a Simon depicts the movie's situation where 14 dump trucks are literally topped off with gold bullion like in the movie.
My calculations suggest that the prosecution is asking for:
18 Simons, 12 McClanes, 2,352 Jesus, 6 kilogram gold bars, 2 10 oz gold bars, and about 9 1 oz gold coins.
Or
122 Arthurs, 9 Jerrys, 161 Jesus, 5 kilogram gold bars, and about 7 one ounce gold coins.
