While obviously her being a woman matters, the marketing thing is right. The left pic looks like it could be computer generated. No one can verify if it's real or just stolen etc... The second one proves more or less that a real person made it. That's what the "realer" means. However, I would bet if a man made it then it would get significantly less results.
