I used to think "Who cares who gets the role, as long as they act well? Look what that guy did in the Prince of Persia movie."

I should have known they'd keep pushing. Because it's never enough.

Spez: I usually make an exception if it's voice acting, because it doesn't matter what you look like there. And even THAT has exceptions, such as when that guy stepped down from voicing Carl on The Simpsons after decades in the role, so an actual black guy could do it, and now he sounds completely wrong. It was complete virtue signaling.
