Having honestly been over this way too much over the last few days, it doesn’t, mainly because the way that Bridget’s backstory would be taken to fit that is Bridget’s trying to figure out who they are, outside of the influence of where Bridget came from. Also Daisuke directly addresses the good/bad ending, that isn’t a thing.
Personally, I didn’t care what Bridget was, as long as Daisuke wasn’t forced to decide that way.
Edit: Also I forgot to mention Bridget’s theme makes way more sense now, it’s the process to understanding they’re trans lol.
