No word on Warren appointing himself the ability to ... nullify the will of the voters by disregarding duly authorised state legislation?

I mean, fundamentally, if he's talking about his decision that Tampa simply does not follow state law any more ... that's secession. More than that, that is Andrew Warren unilaterally deciding that Tampa should secede from Florida. I'm fairly sure his election campaign didn't mention that
