The court published its 6–1 ruling to affirm the lower courts' judgment on April 26, 2019 which stated that the first section of the state bill of rights in which "all men are possessed of equal and inalienable natural rights" include "a woman's right to make decisions about her body".

What a load of absolute dogshit. The state supreme court just pulled that completely out of their ass.

This was a +15 state for Trump. I wonder why the voters went +17 in the other direction for just not having abortion be constitutionally protected.
