I would question every bit of it--camps, shipping, factory closures, all. If there's a bunch of data points that you're trying to fit into a frame and they just won't, I think the most parsimonious answer is that these pieces don't fit together because they don't go together. Somebody's giving you the pieces and telling you to find a way to make them fit.

After round 1 of total global stupidity, I'd say "Chinese Neo and Trinity busted Chinese Morpheus out and the Agents are covering it up" is a more plausible narrative than whatever the ChiCom Government is permitting to be known. Especially if it's supposed to be some bullshit about disease. We've already done the "spooky virus news out of China" dance.
