I've always been pretty much convinced that gangsta rap and the like was a propaganda campaign to tard up blacks even more. Shitty "rebellious" white bands like Rage Against the Machine, Rise Against and Three Day's Grace as well, just obviously with the particular messaging adjusted for the target demographics.

I've had this general perception since my teens and it has yet to stop making more and more sense every year.
