We'll see how the Dems do with their calls for a "stack the court" bill

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.), (Edit: INFAMOUS FOR HIS "GUAM WILL TIP OVER IF THE POPULATION GROWS TOO MUCH" STANCE -IBMW) the lead sponsor of the 2021 Judiciary Act, called the current makeup “a Supreme Court at crisis with itself and with our democracy” where “basic freedoms are under assault” from the 6-3 conservative supermajority on the bench.

It's only a crisis if the Dems are outnumbered. If they outnumber, then "that's democracy for ya"!
