Besides, you missed the primary target: they didn't say white. They said English.

Being that England is the center of Liberal philosophy and the emergence of Capitalism; that is why they want English history, law, culture, language, and philosophy to die.

They don't blame the Scotts, Irish, Welsh, and French; even though all of them have similar ties. It's England specifically. The very nature of their stereotype of "white" stems from the English controlling Britain, and from "WASPs" which are effectively English-specific culture.
