I often skim his posts to see if he had something funny to say. Almost everyone here including him make a good point once in a while.
Yeah I honestly can't imagine that phrase coming from a MGTOW, but like I said they have a wide spectrum of opinions. It looks like the vast majority are bitter divorcees who have been raked over the coals in family court or were cheated on. No specific political leanings but maybe becoming more libertarian and anti-feminist after their previous experiences? (modern feminist that is) Very strong overlap with the MRA in that they simply want to be treated fairly and equally with women, but MGTOW are more accepting that biology and societal views won't change so it's best for men to figuratively drop out and go live innawoods. Most of them are for freely available prostitution, sex robots, or anything that would help men ignore their sexual urge to be dependent on women. (not really sticking to a gender role there)
A smaller segment are the young incels who are attracted by their anti-feminism bent, and I guess some of those are projecting their self-hatred on women in general. Usually the older followers will try to scare them off and encourage them to get some experience with life and women before deciding to go their own way. They give advice for avoiding getting scammed. (no marriage or at least prenups) MGTOW are not against men and women being together if they choose to be.
Finally there's a tiny segment who do want women to be forced into gender roles, while men have freedom to do what they want, but those guys are way beyond "trad-con". They are radicals who want women to be nothing but property and sex slaves. Some of them apparently live in the middle east and love to talk about how a proper wife should act. That doesn't sound very "MGTOW" to me if they want wives in the first place, but whatever. It's not a selective group. Also it's the Internet so who knows how many are random trolls having a laugh or trying to make the rest look bad.
Thank you for listening to my TED Talk.

Thank you for listening to my TED Talk. I'm not an adherent but am anti-feminist, and in today's world would strongly lean towards going my own way if I weren't in a happy relationship already.
