It just ignores that more than 80% population of Taiwan aren't Chinese Civil War refugees and their descendants, and assumes the “nationalist Chinese” are “Good Chinese”. Fun fact: The majority of such “nationalist Chinese” now pro-PRC, or at least not a fan of Taiwan independence.
