Eliminate all public health activities. It was a mistake. I'm ok with cities having a health department to make sure restaurants aren't mixing rat droppings into the ice cream, but the government should not be involved in giving advice or dictates or regulations on how I take care of my health.
The whole concept of Public Health needs to die.
