Not so much as the Latvians, who were simply insanely overrepresented during the Civil War in leadership and management positions (besides serving as the elite soldiers, the Latvian Riflemen). Even more so than the Poles, despite being such a tiny nation.
And most of the Bolsheviks were just Russians.
