I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that ethnocentric Israelis were only worried about Germans and other gentiles persecuting them. Us vs. them. This is an area where (non-Jew) whites completely fail to understand the mentality of other ethnic groups. The holocaust was bad because "they tried to wipe us Jews out like they've been doing for millennia", not because fascism and genocide are bad per se. A "holocaust" carried out by fellow Jews is not even in their frame of reference.
