If there is a disagreement between a white and a black, the black will always be right in their eyes in addition the white will be seen as racist for disagreeing in the first place. Minority voices are more oppressed on the victim scale so their voices are more valuable no matter the topic. Thats why you always see people list their race first in Twitter comments, "As a black man I feel.." Etc, it adds value to their opinion.
