The vaxx mandates were never intended to hold up in court. They were simply a starting pistol signaling to corporate leftists to start their own totally legal private business mandates.

That's how leftists circumvent the Constitution - by farming illegal policy out to big multinational corporations. Then the government drafts legislation that is either positive or negative for those corporate bottom lines, depending on whether or not a company played ball.

Something like 60% of businesses went ahead withamdatory vaccinations after the 5th circuit put the indefinite hold on the federal mandate.
