I'm not surprised by most of the names on the list. Lots of squishy moderates like Stefanik and turncoat neocons like Kinzinger. Anyone of them in a reliably +R seat needs to be primaried though.

EDIT: Gimenez, Salazar and Fitzpatrick are the only ones who aren't in safe R+ seats. Everybody else needs to be primaried.
