If you present facts that recently-vaccinated 20 year olds don't need boosters (yet) or it's fairly dangerous to young men then you're basically calling her stupid and uninformed and she can't admit that about herself.

I think the way to go is to convince her that everybody else got duped as well, that she's not stupid for falling for the fear porn, and that she's a smart person for being able to get out of the cult.

For instance, take this recent poll:

Showing that half of democrats believe risk is 50% or higher, when actually it's <1%. How did those people (not her, even though it is her) get it so wrong? Exaggerate things by 50x and when she says that's crazy point out that's how much most democrats (but not her) are wrong about covid.

However you go about it, the point is to not directly put her in the group you are criticizing. Those people are idiots, not you're an idiot mom.
