there've been countless videos like this over the past decade. My favorite is the one were a reporter rides out onto a seemingly submerged City street on a rowboat, only for a couple of dudes to walk by behind her in rain boots showing the water is only a few inches deep. the NPC's didn't pick up on it before, and they won't now.
