You'd have to email josh(KiwiFarms owner) about it but hes probably on vacation this week. His IP space has been under a DDoS attack on and off for a while which may explain why his hosting site isn't up. It's the only host I know that doesn't take down websites due to external pressure.

You can also hide your server host if you use cloudflare.
