Yup -- definitely.
I'm not sure how many people are aware, but a couple weeks ago it was revealed through a leak that the FBI has a list of people that they deem "potential extremist/terrorists" who should be monitored.
This list includes putting many of them on "no fly" lists, meaning without any due process, and without and sort of tangible evidence -- other than a demonstrably corrupt as hell Federal police agency's word -- these people are being targeted and having their lives ruined simply for having the wrong opinions.

That list?
It had the names and information of over 1.9 MILLION people.
