It isn't about racial "integration", it's about the difference between cultural assimilation and integration. The former is a one-way street, unlike the latter. Western culture could assimilate the population of Zootopia and not blink an eyeball. But it can't integrate humans from a diametrically opposed culture.

And to equate race with culture is to admit that humans come in a variety of breeds that all behave differently at base. Just like other animals. Notice how the Left treats non-white people as if their culture cannot be changed, that asking them to assimilate when they move to the West is like forcing a wolf to learn the piano.
