Civil disobedience works just fine. Grind shit to a halt and watch the elites writhe in anger. Personally, I think Covid was partly a distraction from the fact that the global population wasn't taking their shit anymore. Yellow vests, Hong Kong, Brexit, etc. Now that the plandemic has gone off rails it's flaring up again worse than ever, starting with Europe and Cuba.

Historically, major societial change has followed only 3.5% of the population protesting on the streets. They gather much wider support and public attention which is impossible to ignore.
