Some things are also something that sounded like a one time thing that probably happened and got dealt with by hr immediately like the drunken cube crawl. Other allegations are next to impossible to prove without it being written down somewhere. there is no way to prove that you were overlooked for promotion because of sex and race. No one admits that they are mediocre or bad at their jobs.
