Unless I'm reading it wrong, it listed spontaneous abortions for the placebo group. Which would be the group that did not receive vaccine.
It's listed a bit bizarre, but the placebo group also includes the vaccinated group.
The results from the pre-trial screening test is what led to the section about reporting abortions if they're encountered. It's on page 68: https://cdn.pfizer.com/pfizercom/2020-11/C4591001_Clinical_Protocol_Nov2020.pdf
EDIT: I should also explain that they don't exactly say or explain how many had spontaneous abortions, or at what rate. Only that they occurred, and from how many within that group it isn't stated.
EDIT 2: Also, the more I think about it, they don't say what trimester these spontaneous abortions occurred in, nor do they outline if there were any adverse affects for the mothers, or if any additional health risks occurred.

It's explained in the document as...
This is a Phase 1/2/3, multicenter, multinational, randomized, placebo-controlled, observer-blind, dose-finding, vaccine candidate–selection, and efficacy study in healthy individuals

So this placebo group is the one that also included the vaccinated individuals. I hope that helps explain it a bit better.
