If you ever read 1A, you'll notice it does not grant anyone freedom of speech.

If you ever read 1A, you'll notice it does not grant anyone freedom of speech. It just prohibits restricting speech on federal level (among few other things, but that's the relevant one). Incorporation makes same apply on state level.
