Personally I don't think exposing kids to healthy sexuality is bad. That means things like nudity or the concept of sex in general. It's very bad when it's a distorted and corrupted view of sexuality for the sake of only personal gratification, that should be prevented.

Of course it's up to the discretion of parents in general, and they should have supervision over what young kids do online.
