I've not read in to it but when the charge is sexual misconduct rather then rape or abuse I just roll my eyes.

My last 2 employers had sexual misconduct rules that included keeping eye contact for 5 seconds or more, putting your arm on her shoulder, asking someone multiple times to go out for a date (even if you are just joking), making politically incorrect jokes, biting your lip. I honestly wished I was exaggerating.
