General consensus on r_hololive and the /jp/ threads is because she tweeted so much about the Christmas relay they did that Twitter though she was a bot and yeeted Mio off and Cover just hasn't really gotten around to clearing things up. /jp/ would be flipping shit if it was because of SJWs. However, it must be said there is a current of people who're trying to get rid of vtubers because they're "pedobait," "encourage pedophilia," and what have you.

And tangentially related, we're seeing EN vtubers trying to inject politics into vtubing because they're dummies/uncreative trend followers who don't get why people watch vtubers in the first place.
