That's so funny. I can imagine De Blasio just freaking out everytime someone drops paint on it.

Him trying to clean it so fast just means that more people are going to fuck with it. I love it.

What's funnier is that with the catch and release policy for criminals, they released the woman who smeared black paint and she went back the following night.
