"Pappa was a rolling stone" is a good song, no doubt, but it seems kind of excessive to play the whole thing before the national anthem. Thoughts?

Stop watching sportsball. The games don't matter, nor do the scores. We as a civilization have more important things to worry about than watching two corporate entities compete for a result that means nothing. Stop making these people rich.
If you want to play sports, that different. Get exercise and all that. But if you want a hobby, there are many other options available, ones that won't help marxists get richer, who will use that wealth against you.
Edit: Yes, I do realize I said corporate and marxist in the same point. China is both corporate and marxist, it's odd if you think about it, but also not.
