Ottawa announces funding to study links to 'violent extremism' in video games

The federal government announced Wednesday funding of more than $300,000 to examine how gaming communities can potentially create environments conducive to radicalization and violent extremism.

First the FBI says they're investigating extremism in gaming, then the Canadian government days later. What are they really up to? Why the sudden concern about gamers?

Gamers are a nice safe group to vilify. The left thinks were sexist racist istist monsters, the right cant contain their contempt even as they wheedle votes from us and the law knows we don't shoot at them for real.
