Their programming sucks now. The only shows that were good after a while were:

Wait wait don't tell me. A prairie home companion. From the top.

Everything else was woke/racist/sexist flame fanning or begging for money.

They don't like being labeled state media because that's what they became, quite overtly. It just regurgitates state department talking points.
