Went to check on this, up seeing the same thing. Clicking on the link takes you to a bing search, where every result is using homicide or murder, while the top banner says the same thing 'guilty of parade crash'. Fuck, even the wikipedia sidebar on the right calls it the 'parade attack', communicating intention.

I do not believe this wording was chosen programmatically. A human did this, intentionally.
