Binger also questioned whether Rittenhouse would have been justified in using lethal force if he wasn't armed with a gun.
So where's the ADA going with that? Rittenhouse was armed, apparently legally ... so isn't the question entirely irrelevant? What would need to happen to make that a relevant question?

The ada tried arguing that because rittenhouse used stimulus money on buying a gun, it was somehow indicative of a dangerous mind...
