There was a previous post on this subject a little over a week ago. There was a discussion that the web browser Opera is owned by a company that was bought by a Chinese consortium named Golden Brick Capital Private Equity Fund, if I am not mistaken. This is the post I'm referring to:

My question is if anyone here can confirm if the web browser Vivaldi also has any ties to the CCP. If not, then does that mean that Vivaldi is perfectly acceptable to use? I use Vivaldi daily, so I hope that there are no problems with it.
vivaldi is made by the people who left opera after it was bought out by ccp
